Mungu Capable Homes is a residential assisted living home located in Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota. We are intentionally strengthening relationships with local assisted living providers, case managers, and social workers who support adults navigating care and placement transitions. Our goal is to serve as a trusted referral option for individuals who may benefit from a smaller, more personalized, home‑like setting. We support ambulatory adults ages 55 and older, offering assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and individualized care within a structured and supportive environment. We currently have availability for appropriate placements and are able to move quickly when there is a good fit.
