Trustcare Health Services LLC, a 24-hour customized residential assisted living facility located in Newport, MN. Newport is in Washington County, situated between Woodbury and Cottage Grove, and approximately five miles from Saint Paul. We currently have openings for two residents, age 55 and above. Each resident will have their own private bedroom on the main level (no staircase). Our Newport facility is a single-level, wheelchair- and walker-accessible home, equipped with a ramp for easy entry. Our care team includes: 24/7 on-site nursing assistants Daily nurse and assisted living director presence, with nursing and LALD support available by phone 24/7 We accept CADI, EW, DD waivers, CAC and Private pay. We can also accept a client whose waiver is pending.
